Intellectual property and acceptable use

By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on this site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the site without the owner's prior written permission

Registration

Payment and Pricing Plan

  1. You pay for subscription of Approvol products and services. The subscription charges will be based on the pricing plan you have chosen plus the fees of any additional usage. Baseline charges of each pricing plan differ depending on whether you choose to pay annually or monthly. You shall pay all fees or charges in full in accordance with our billing terms at the time fees or charges are due and payable.

  2. If you choose to pay subscription charge annually the initial term will be one calendar year from the agreed commence date. If you choose to pay subscription charge monthly the initial term will be one calendar month from the agreed commence date. Subsequence licence terms will be multiple of the initial term.

  3. If you change pricing plan in the middle of a term, you will be charged based on the pricing plan that has a higher fee for the whole term. If you change from pay annually to pay monthly, or vice versa, in the middle of a term, you will be charged for the whole term based on the payment method you are changing from.

Billing and Renewal

  1. Your subscription is charged and billed in advance of use of Approvol products and services. Your licence will be automatically renewed and you will be invoiced prior to each renewal anniversary. The renewal charge will be based then-current fee of your chosen pricing plan at the time of renewal.

  2. Approvol's fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. You agree to provide Approvol complete and accurate billing and contact information. If the billing and contact information you have provided is false or fraudulent, Approvol reserves the right to terminate your access to our products or services in addition to any other legal remedies. Approvol accept no responsibility of your losses that are caused by false or inaccurate billing information provided by you.

Late or Non-Payment and Suspension

  1. Approvol reserves the right to suspend your access to our products or services if you fail to make payment in time by our invoice terms. Overdue payments are subject to interest of 3% per annum, calculated on a daily basis, on any outstanding balance plus expenses of collection. You will continue to be charged for the subscription during any period of suspension. If you or Approvol initiates termination of your subscription, you will be obligated to pay the outstanding balance due on your account. Approvol reserves the right to charge a reconnection fee in the event you are suspended and thereafter request reinstate access to our products and services. You agree and acknowledge that Approvol has no obligation to retain your logins or data and that such logins and data may be irretrievably deleted if you are 60 days or more behind overdue payments.

Termination

  1. You may terminate your subscription of Approvol products and services by serving a written confirmation to info@approvol.com thirty (30) days prior to the renewal anniversary. If you choose to terminate your subscription in the middle of a term you will still be charged for the fees of the full term. Upon termination, Approvol can make available to you a copy of your data within 30 days of termination should you request so. You agree and acknowledge that Approvol has no obligation to retain your logins and data, and will irretrievably delete such logins and data 60 days after termination.

  2. Any unauthorised or unlawful use of Approvol's products and services, or failure to comply with the terms set out in this Terms and Conditions will be deemed a material breach of this Terms and Conditions. Approvol, in its sole discretion, may terminate your subscription. In such event, Approvol has no obligation to retain your data, and may delete such data if such breach has not been rectified within 30 days of notice of such breach.

Password and security

  1. When you register on this Website, you will be asked to create a password, which you should keep confidential and not disclose or share with anyone.

  2. If we have reason to believe that there is or is likely to be any misuse of the Website or breach of security, we may require you to change your password or suspend your account.
